Mindy comes from West Palm Beach, Florida, where she began her journey as a dancer at the age of 3. Since then she has traveled all over the world doing what she loves, having an extensive career ranging from Broadway, National & International Tours, Regional Theatre, Film, TV, commercials, as well as performing with multiple dance companies. She has been honored to work with Tony and Emmy Award Winning Choreographers such as Andy Blankenbuehler, Christopher Wheeldon, Jerry Mitchell, Mia Michaels, and Twyla Tharp.

Proud of her dance career, yet ready for a new adventure, Mindy began to explore the world of acting for TV/Film where her incredible teachers at MN Acting Studio in NYC inspired her to create work of her own. Her first endeavor was a passion project called The Ensemble Experience, which she wrote, directed, filmed, starred in, and edited. Playing fun with some nuances from her dance career, to her surprise the pilot was selected into a few prestigious Web Festivals, as well as receiving nominations from NJ WebFest including "Best Ensemble Comedy" and "Best Mockumentary" and being gifted a Direct Selection into Miami WebFest.

At this time, Mindy also ventured into the world of meditation after using it to heal an old dance injury. This led her to take a break from the big city and make a big change, moving back to her home state, Florida. Giving her the opportunity to go deeper into meditation and its healing effects, she was eventually blessed to once again travel the world.. This time volunteering for large meditation events with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

During this break, Mindy had ideas for future filming projects in the back of her mind. She is currently working on a short that revolves around the love people have with their houseplants, as well as a few more projects playing fun with her dance career.. because there is a lot to work with there. (If you know.. you know. And if you don't.. stay tuned!)

No matter how many times Mindy evolves and changes, what stays constant is that she will always be an artist.. truly grateful for the gifts it has given her and still does. As many know, art heals. She is looking forward to creating content that not only lifts people up, but makes the world a better place by bringing some love and joy into this collective.
